With over 10 years of professional experience, I am a self-taught baker specializing in intricate buttercream designs. Every aspect of my creations, from cakes to fillings to icings, is made from scratch, using recipes that are entirely my own. I take pride in crafting custom cakes that reflect unique flavor combinations and personalized designs, whether it’s for casual desserts, birthdays, or weddings. My work has even graced the tables of the Bridges family, a testament to the quality and creativity I bring to each order. I’m also honored to partner with Einstein’s Learning Center, using my craft to help support early childhood education. For me, baking is more than just a job—it’s a way to bring joy and make a difference in the community.
